Hilary Duff was famous satarring "Casper meets wendy" and with whole success of the filme "Casper meets wendy", she was invited to star the serir "Lizzie Mcguire". Her character in the series was so famous that they made a film with that character. Hilary also did great films as "cheaper by the dozen" and "cheaper by the dozen 2". Duff recorded several famous cd's as With Love, So Yesterday, Fly, Metamorphosis and many others.

They are fantastic. I like they very much and I think they sing and act very well.

Old school new school

My old school, Mackenzie, was very big and, there was three swiming-pools. There were many students. Because of these I didn't have many friends. Al so there were fewer holidays.

My new school EDN is smaller than Mackenzie and don't have any pool. Here has fewar people. Because of that here I have o lot of friends. And here has a lot of holidays.

Al though my old school was bigger and with a lot of things to do, I fell beatle here.

I can't stand hearing about Isabella anymore

Some day ago a child was murdered in São Paulo. Her name was Isabela Nardone. She died in her father's apartament. This case was an explosion for the media.
The media overexposed the case (like I care), and I think it is pathetic. She died as other people have died, killed by nature or by society. People die in all the world. I don't care if a chid dies in the USA or in Brazil. I don't care if it was her father who killed her or if it was her stepmother. I don't understand why the media attributes a lot of importance to this. I think this is waste of time and I can't stand hearing about this case any longer.

About one month ago a little girl called Isabela was murdered by her father. He threw her from the 6th floor when she was unconscious, and she died.
In all media I hear about Isabela: on the newspaper, radio, TV, magazines, etc. Besides, it is a case of futility. That is prejudice because all days a lot of poor people die in São Paulo and nobody cares, but if a little "rich" girl is killed by her father, all the Brazilian media stops most of the news just to talk about Isabela's case. Also, most people don't want to see this type of news but they have to see just because the only thing passing is the Isabela's case, which isn't so important to me.

I can't stand heading about FLUMINENSE anymore!!!!

I can't stand hearing about Fluminense anymore , because the Fluminense team is very bad and people don't have a clue!!
The flamengo team is very good!!

I can´t stand hearing about the Isabela case anymore!!!

In Brasil everybody is talking about the Isabela case, I can´t hear about it anymore.

It's horrible to know that a F-A-T-H-E-R killed his own daughter. It happened like this: Isabela, her father, her stepmother, and her brothers were at a party. Then Isabela cried because she wanted something, and her dad got mat at her. Then, on the way home, her stepmother punched her. The father thought she had died, but she hadn't, she was just unconsious. Finally, the father threw his daughter out the window.

After this, investigators discovered that the father and the stepmother were the criminals.

Icarly started last week and Ned's Declassified School Survival in School began a long time ago, so Ned's sitcom is more famous. I like them! They are so good!

Ayrton Senna was a Formula 1 champion, but he died. He was a very good pilot and his race car was a black Lotus. He never gave up of Formula1. Nelson Piquet was 3 times champion and he didn't die, because he gave up Formula1. The two pilots are very good because they were F1 racers. For me, they are champions, but I prefer Ayrton Senna, because I think he was a very very good pilot. Too bad he didn't finish his career!

Stella- My new and my old school"

INEI, my old school didn't have an after school program. We had classes from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm . We just had one break . When we finished class, we would go to our house for lunch. But there were few people and the good thing was, we knew everyone.
EDN, my new school, is very cool. It has a lot people and a lot of homework, but it is cool, and we know people that we never considered meeting. For example, my best friends are a Colombian boy and an American girl. Of course, there are Brazilian people as well, but there are people from other nations, and the teachers are very cool. I like them so much, althougth some of them are demanding. In the end, I prefer the School of the Nations, because of the new people that I knew, and the other subjects that there aren't in others schools...I like my new school so much!

Change of school

My old school is Isaac Newton and it is located in Riacho Fundo I. The school is located five minutes from my house. It is big but not very, and not very pretty, but they have a multi-purpose court. There I had few friends. My new school is the School of the Nations and it is located in Lago Sul. The school is located thirty five minutes from my house, it is big, not very pretty either, but they also have a multi-purpose court, plus a soccer field. And here I have more friends than in the old one.

Although the old school is closer to my house and a little nice, I prefer my new school because it is bigger than the old one, there is a soccer field, and I have more friends. Anyway, the change of school was something good to me.

My new/old School

My Name is Guilherme, and I'm a student at E.D.N. and my old school is Marista. Marista is located in Asa Sul, but E.D.N. is located in Lago Sul. But, about the classes, Marista has 6 periods, but E.D.N. has 8 periods.
However, Marista has only 40 min. of break, E.D.N. has 2 breaks, one with 20 minutes and the other with 1 hour of break. In Marista, ALL subjects are in Portuguese, except English, but, E.D.N. has 5 subjects in English, 1 in Spanish, and the rest is in Portuguese. As a resault, I prefer E.D.N., because there are more recess time.

My School

My old school was big, and it was in Asa Sul. The color is blue and the name is Marista. There were many students as well as lots of classes, but there was no party and fewer holidays than here.

My new school is small, so there are fewer students. Also, there are few classes and many parties. My new school is in Lago Sul, that's better because it is next to my house; the color of my school is red and there are more holidays than Marista. The name of my new school is School of the Nations.

They are different, but I like both so much.

Is Global Warming Going to Kill our Chidren?

Global warming is going to kill our children if we don't stop pollution, start recycling and many other things. Because of that, the ice caps are melting, many cases of skin cancer are happening, principally among children and old people.

We can help ourselves and help the world. We should try to ride a bicycle more often and leave the car in the garage, because cars give off a lot of smoke and the smoke destroys ultra-violet rays and their destruction causes many problems to us. So, we have to get together and save the world!!

Global warming has many problems and the problems are very difficult for us to live in this planet.
Problems of global warming are: melting of the ice cap, higher global temperature, pollution, and skin cancer.
We have to stop pollution and separate plastic, metal, paper, and organic trash. We should purify the sewer and use alternative fuels, like alcohol, and solar and wind power.

Now, we can only prevent this by planting trees, reducing CO2 emission, and recycling trash. Concluding, if we don't improve some habits, global warming will kill our children.

Global warming is the fast incrase of temperature because of the high quantity of CO2 in the atmosphere. The high quantity of CO2 is caused by pollution, deforestation, etc. The consequences are the melting of polar caps, the incrase of sea level, and flood of some parts of the continents. As a result, some plants and animals may die.
However, the prevention is to plant trees, reduce CO2 emission, put a filter in mufflers and chimneys of factories, recycle, use les or no fossil fuels, and burn fewer things.
However, global warming can diminish if some preventive measures are taken.
Global warming can kill our children in the future if it increases, but now global warming is only a threat.

Global Warming means that the earth is getting hotter. The causes are pollution, deforastation, burning of the forest, etc...The Amazon rain forest is a good example of deforastation in Brazil. As a result, Polar Caps will melt, cities will flood, and animals, plants, and people will die.
You can prevent Global Warming by planting trees, reducing the amount of water that we use, recycling, using alternative fuels, using less plastic. I think that Global Warming is going to kill our children if it stays like this. But not only our children:EVERYBODY.

I will explain what happens with these three kinds of plate boundaries. When two plates move apart, or diverge, it is called divergent boundaries. When two plates come together, or converge, it is called convergent boundaries. A transform boundary happens when two plates slip past each other, moving in opposite directions.
Well when divergent boundary start moving, they form a valley. When convergent boundaries start moving, they form a mountain range. When transform boundaries start moving, they slide side by side.

How to make coconut cookie:

1. Put the flour and the baking powder in a large bowl;

First thing, make sure you have all the material........''Pencil (any color), paper A4 (or Drawing Board), and a ruler (to help you)''.

HOW TO MAKE IT?

First, take a pencil of any color and a paper. Next, if you need help,take a ruler to help you. Ah, I forgot completely... NEVER do curves on your stick drawing. Finally you can put anything on your drawing, here is an example of a right stick story, and GOOD LUCK!

-Drawing board

Steps:
First, put the paper on the drawing board. Then, think about what are going to draw. After, begin drawing on the paper; use pencil and eraser for that (maybe use the pencil sharpener if necessary). Next, if you want, you can create a sketch. Finally, finish your drawing.

Ferns are a type of plant, but they are a little diferent.They have a type of seed on their leaves called spores. Spores are tiny, and their color is yellow, and sometimes, brown. Their root can absorve water and minerals.
Ferns are important, because of the planet. Ferns can create oxygen, and, like other leaves, they can do photosyntesis. Photosyntesis is important for the plants, because plants create food with photosyntesis.

Plants

Plants have six parts: stem, leaf, root, flower, seed, and fruit. The stem and the root support the plant. The leaf is on the stem. The leaf has several layers, and the sun shines on top of it.

Leaves have a large surface area, so they absorb light rays. When they absorb light rays, they make photosynthesis. Photosynthesis is important to plants because they make their own food through it.

My surf bord

My surfbord is (colored) painted with gorgeous colors and has a pointed nose, with three skegs. The size is 6.2 feet. This means that is a little bit small. It is a new bord and it is made of fiber glass. I love my surf bord because is a wonderful bord.

Notre Dame

The cathedral Notre Dame in Paris is a magnificent construction. There are a lot of tourists and worshippers. Notre Dame has several statues and very well preserved images of Jesus. The people go to Notre Dame to pray and visit. It's huge, like a castle, and gray with several little monsters made of stone. Around are a lot of stores and in front is a big square. The windows are colorful in this cathedral. I liked it very much.

Beto Carrero World is gorgeous. There are many exciting rides with long lines. There is one very thrilling elevator with 100 meters or 22 floors. Beto Carrero World is very colorful and extremely beautiful. Beto Carrero World has fun shows and wonderful rides. I love this very fun park.

On my vacation I went to Walt Disney World! There I went to many rides, one is Space Mountain! Space Mountain is verry cool and it's dark inside. When the mountain starts come many beautiful colors flashing in your eyes, then you go up and see people under and you see four big astronauts next to you and then you go down very fast, and the fun mountain continue ...

Beside Porto Seguro is Arraial d' Ajuda and beside Arraial, is Trancoso . In Trancoso there is a main square where there are some houses, restaurants and shops, and the beautiful church has some colors!In the square we can play ball and have a party, these minicity is very simple. Your clothes can be a bikini and one shirt and one t-shirt and these is so much, it is very simple!Finally the square is where everything happens and where the gorgeous square is, in Tracoso, beside Arraial d'Ajuda, beside Porto Seguro.
